Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Style Your Identity, a product offering of NOVA INNOVATIONS SOFTWARE DESIGN L.L.C ("NOVAKHAN", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Style Your Identity provides professional brand identity design kits and related services, including but not limited to logo design, brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and digital design assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Style Your Identity remain the intellectual property of NOVAKHAN unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any project credentials or access details
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without authorization

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work commences. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVAKHAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
